Election Game

For most voters it all depends on religion for how they are going to cast their vote. Some people may support Obama but then learn about his views on abortion and their minds will be changed completely. I think that most people from Iowa are going to vote for Romney because of his beliefs on many things that people believe are religious. Wisconsin is a swing state because of Paul Ryan, but in the end Obama will win this state.
In Florida, I believe, even though they voted Democratic, Obama will pull a win out of them. They may go Republican, but Obama did have the lead over the Hispanic vote, but recently that has been split. So maybe, in the end of this, it will be a close call between Obama and Romney with Florida because of the many different factors that contribute to the opinions of the people and how the overall polls will finish.

Campaign Week

Throughout campaign week was very interesting. It was really interesting to see how different the views of each party were, while learning about our representative, Bob Hager. I have learned a lot about how the elections work, from local government to the presidential elections. Considering I did not know much about them at all before this. I've never really had much of an opinion on the presidential elections before this, just the major things that come up in commercials that are the obvious things that most people focus on. I've learned a lot of little things that Romney and Obama have to say about things and I'm still not sure who I should focus on. It's also interesting to see peoples' opinions on what the presidents have to say about certain debatable topics. All around, election week has been a very educational time and I've learned a lot.
